Caroline Ibrahim offers a range of services including private kinesiology and reiki sessions, 1:1 mentoring programs, group coaching programs, women’s circles, and events. These services are designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, clarity, and wellbeing.
All services are complementary and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
3. Scope of Practice
Caroline Ibrahim is a certified Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner, and Level 1 Coaching Practitioner. While she holds these qualifications, she is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical practitioner, financial advisor, or legal professional. Nothing shared in any session, program, circle, or event constitutes therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
Clients and participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where needed, and to continue working with any existing healthcare or mental health professionals alongside their work with Caroline Ibrahim.
4. Outcome Expectations
Results from any session, program, circle, or event vary between individuals. No specific outcomes, results, or transformations are guaranteed. Your results depend on your own commitment, participation, openness, and effort.
Caroline Ibrahim provides tools, frameworks, space, and support to facilitate your own growth and discovery. Ultimately, your results are your own responsibility. By engaging in any service, you acknowledge and accept this.

9. Confidentiality - Group Programs and Circles
Participants in group programs and circles agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information, stories, and disclosures shared by other participants within those spaces.
What is shared within the group stays within the group. This is a condition of participation. Breaching the confidentiality of another participant may result in removal from the program or circle without refund.
Caroline Ibrahim will also maintain confidentiality in relation to participant disclosures, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Fees, Payments and Packages
General Payment Terms
All fees for sessions, programs, packages, and services are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a written payment plan has been agreed to in advance. A booking, package, or program is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to ensure that all instalments are paid on time. Missed or failed payments may result in:

Suspension of access to sessions, programs, or materials, and/or

Cancellation of the remaining portion of the package or program without refund of amounts already paid.
If a payment fails, you will be responsible for updating your payment details and ensuring the outstanding amount is settled.
Prepaid Packages and Programs
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prepaid packages and programs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, extended, or converted into credit.
Changes to Fees and Offerings
We may update fees, packages, or offerings at any time. Any changes will not affect services already purchased.
11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Kinesiology, Reiki and Energy Healing Sessions
When you book a kinesiology, reiki or healing session, a dedicated space is held for you and is no longer available to other clients. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. No refunds, credits, or transfers apply unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Group Mentoring Programs
Group mentoring sessions run to a fixed schedule and cannot be rescheduled, as changes affect all participants. If you are unable to attend a session, it is forfeited and cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded. All payments made for group mentoring programs are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
1:1 Mentoring Programs
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a 1:1 mentoring session. Missed sessions without adequate notice are forfeited and cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded. All payments made for 1:1 mentoring programs are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Circles
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel your attendance at a circle or group session. Cancellations within this period may result in forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds, credits, or transfers apply to missed sessions without adequate notice, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Events
All event tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. In the event that the event is cancelled by Caroline Ibrahim, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
12. Refunds
Kinesiology, Reiki and Energy Healing Sessions
All payments made for kinesiology, reiki or healing sessions and packages are non-refundable if not cancelled within 48 hours’ notice prior to the session. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, in the case of a major failure). Change of mind, change of circumstances, or non-use of sessions does not qualify for a refund.
Group Programs
All payments made for group programs are non-refundable. When you enrol, you receive immediate access to reserved space, preparation, and program materials. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, change of circumstances, or non-participation. If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full program fee.
Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
1:1 Mentoring Programs
All 1:1 mentoring programs require a full program commitment. By enrolling, you are committing to the full program term and the full program fee. If you choose to exit the program early for any reason, the full program fee remains payable. No refunds are provided for early exit, change of mind, or change of circumstances, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to all instalments for the full 12-month term. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is settled.
Events
All event tickets are non-refundable. The only exception is where the event is cancelled by Caroline Ibrahim, or where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products, Programs and Courses
Purchases of digital products, programs, and courses are non-refundable. Access to digital content, templates, or course materials is considered delivery of the product. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Credits
Credits are not issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, or change-of-mind decisions. Any credit offered is at our sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caroline Ibrahim is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from:

Your use of the Site or any service, program, circle, or event

Reliance on any information provided

Technical issues, interruptions, or downtime

Third-party actions or content

Your use or misuse of any digital product, program, or resource

Any outcome or result (or lack thereof) from any session, program, circle, or event
Your use of the Site and any associated services or materials is entirely at your own risk.
14. Force Majeure
Caroline Ibrahim is not liable for any failure to comply with obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disaster, government action, or technical failure.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses - whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential - arising from the use or inability to use or access the Site or any service.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:

Your use of this Site, as well as any disputes arising from it, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. These Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales.
By using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of these jurisdictions.

This Site is offered without any guarantees, whether express or implied. We do not ensure that the features or materials on the Site will operate without errors or interruptions, nor can we promise that any defects will be resolved.
