The reason they haven't stepped into it, isn't a lack of strategy - it's what the body is holding. Kinesiology and reiki access the patterns, fears and blocks that live beneath conscious thought. Used alongside mentoring, they create a level of change that thinking alone simply cannot.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify and release what the body is holding - the stress, limiting beliefs and patterns stored in the nervous system that often sit beneath conscious awareness. A powerful complement to coaching and a transformative tool in its own right.

Reiki works at the level of the body's energy field - releasing what no longer serves you, restoring balance and creating the stillness that makes real change possible. Particularly powerful during times of transition, expansion or when the nervous system is running on overdrive.
