Service Description
Kinesiology works with the body's own natural ability to heal — supporting the mind-body connection to help you find balance, clarity and vitality. Whether you're dealing with physical discomfort, feeling out of alignment, or simply ready to invest in your overall wellbeing — this is a space to be heard and supported. Your initial session runs up to 90 minutes, giving us time to connect, talk through what's going on for you, and begin the work together.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, we are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients. If you wish to change or cancel your consultation, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice. As it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, the full consultation fee is payable for any cancelled or missed appointments without 48 hours' notice. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call or email us to arrange. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of our other clients. To honour energetic preparation and spaciousness, appointments must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. This allows me to hold each session with full presence and care. Thank you for respecting this rhythm.
